Throughout her career, Harriet has excelled in leading business transformations across four continents, particularly in global technology, logistics, travel, and consumer sectors.

Currently serving as Executive Chair and Founding Trustee at Mission Beyond, Harriet is actively involved as an Advisory Board Member for Red Badger and King's College London Business School, as well as an Ambassador for Every Child Needs a Mentor.

Her notable roles include CEO & Chair of IBM Asia Pacific and CEO of the Thomas Cook Group, where she successfully spearheaded global transformations.
