Harriet Brettle is an accomplished professional with a diverse background bridging finance, mathematics, and space technology.

As the former Executive Director of the Keck Institute for Space Studies, Harriet led collaborative efforts between top scientists and engineers to pioneer innovative space missions and technologies.

With prior roles at prestigious organizations such as the European Space Agency and Astroscale, Harriet honed her expertise in market analysis, business intelligence, and strategic business development within the space industry.

Harriet's educational journey includes a Master's degree in Planetary Science from Caltech, a Postgraduate certificate in Astrophysics from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Warwick University.

Moreover, she holds a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and has enriched her business acumen through a Smart Space MBA Elective from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
