Harold Groothedde is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in the IT and corporate engineering sector, specializing in technology capabilities and IT strategy implementation to drive business technology change and revenue growth.

Having held executive positions at major global banks such as Citigroup and other prominent organizations, Harold has led groundbreaking technology programs including world-leading bank mergers, core banking platform migrations, and pioneering initiatives like the first enterprise deployment of Office 365 back in 2012.

Harold's accomplishments extend to significant milestones such as orchestrating the world's first SAP HANA Production installation in Microsoft Azure, leading to private meetings with Satya Nadella and other Microsoft executives. His expertise has been acknowledged through memberships in prestigious advisory boards and councils, highlighting his influential role in shaping IT strategies.

In addition to his corporate roles, Harold co-founded Surveil, a cutting-edge toolset like Surveil SLIM, designed to manage, optimize, and secure identities in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments. His focus on delivering customer-centric solutions in cybersecurity and cloud management reflects his commitment to understanding client needs.

Among his key roles, Harold has served as the Former Group CTO/CIO at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated, Interim CTO at Coats, and Director at Citi where he oversaw global voice operations and led IT initiatives in various regions.
