Harmony Eichsteadt

Harmony Eichsteadt is a passionate graduate student at Antioch University New England, currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy. With a background in Women's & Gender Studies and English from The University of Texas at Austin, Harmony brings a diverse perspective to her work.

Having held various roles such as Co-Founder and Chief Community Officer at Worth The Journey, Founder and Principle at Community by Harmony, and Head of Community at Good Life Project, Harmony has a rich history of community-building and leadership.

Throughout her career, Harmony has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting non-traditional families and communities, including Queer and Trans families, chosen families, and intentional communities like co-ops, co-housing, and eco-villages. She believes in the importance of fostering connections within these groups to create strong networks of support.

Harmony Eichsteadt's professional journey has seen her in roles such as Evangelist and Organizer at NationBuilder, Coordinator at NEW Leadership Texas at the University of Texas at Austin, Director of Operations at Beneficial Results LLC, and Writing Consultant at the Undergraduate Writing Center at the University of Texas at Austin.

With a deep-rooted belief in the family as the cornerstone of community, Harmony thrives on making connections with individuals engaged in similar meaningful work. Her dedication to creating inclusive and supportive environments for all types of families is evident in her past experiences and current academic pursuits.
