Harley Garrison

Harley Garrison is the Chief Executive Officer of Starr Electric Company, Inc., a position he has held since March 2015.12 He joined Starr Electric in 2004 and previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2011 to 2015.1 Garrison leads all day-to-day operations for the company, which is an electrical contractor servicing the Carolinas.14
