Harlan Schafir

Harlan Schafir is the Founder and former Owner of Professional Staff Management, which he successfully sold in 2007. He is currently the Owner of ExactHire and Human Capital Concepts, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). Harlan Schafir's primary focus is on people-centric solutions for businesses.

His goals include growing the success of his businesses, enhancing his own quality of life, and that of his associates while making time for family. Harlan Schafir's expertise lies in Human Resource Solutions including background checks, post-assessment testing, onboarding, pre-employment testing, and Professional Employment Resources Services.

He pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at the University of South Florida - College of Business Administration. Harlan Schafir currently holds the role of Owner and Chief Visionary Officer at Human Capital Concepts, after previously serving in similar capacities at ExactHire and Professional Staff Management.
