With over 10 years of experience, he is the Founder and Managing Director of Icon Consulting Group, a boutique human capital consultancy firm that specializes in senior level recruitment of Digital and Enterprise Application professionals across Asia Pacific.

As a former Sales Director at K2 Partnering Solutions, Business Development Manager at Provanis, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Maximus IT and Spring Technology, Harjit brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. He is passionate about technology, recruitment, and enabling individuals and organizations to achieve their goals.
