Harjinder Tack is a Big 4 qualified Chartered Accountant with a specialization in providing business partnering services to Private Equity (PE) backed companies in the tech, digital, media, and professional services sectors.

His areas of expertise include monthly reporting, KPI analysis, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, fund raising, change management, financial controls, systems, outsourcing accounting and payroll, statutory accounts, audit, international expansion across US, EMEA, and APAC regions, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, group restructuring, exit planning (Sale, Management Buyout, Initial Public Offering), US GAAP and SOX compliance, R&D tax relief, share option schemes, and international tax, as well as transfer pricing.
