His educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum, Pre Degree in Mathematics from Mar Ivanious College, and SSLC in Mathematics and Computer Science from Christ Nagar.

With extensive experience in sales and leadership roles, Harish Mohan has held positions such as Executive Director Sales at VRIZE, CEO, Founder, and Head of Global Sales at Perfomatix, Chief Sales Officer at Perfomatix, Key Account Manager at Infosys, Delivery Lead at RM Education, and IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services.
