Harish Agarwal is a seasoned Marketing & Customer Experience leader with a diverse pan-Asian background, excelling in both country-specific and regional roles.
Currently, Harish holds the position of Head of Customer Experience Strategy for Southeast Asia (SEA), Hong Kong (HK), and India at Qualtrics, a subsidiary of SAP, where he is responsible for spearheading the CX solution strategy.
Prior to his current role, Harish served as the Senior Vice President, leading Customer Experience and Segments at Prudential Assurance Company in Singapore.
