Haris Mehmood

Haris Mehmood is an experiential learning facilitator with a strong background in engineering and a passion for demystifying human thinking for better outcomes.

With a BE in Mechanical from NED University of Engineering and Technology, Haris has transitioned from being a former techie to a lead facilitator and Gamification Consultant at Training Impact Limited.

His expertise lies in leadership development, problem-solving skills, and teamwork, with a focus on utilizing experiential learning to tackle organizational challenges.

Haris has worked with renowned national and multinational organizations in Pakistan such as Coca Cola, Nestle, Engro, HBL, GE, and more, helping them drive behavioral change and learning design through gamification.

He has honed his skills in organizing wilderness-based leadership development interventions and is a co-founder of Youth Impact, an award-winning non-profit organization dedicated to youth capacity building.
