Harikumar is a certified PMP since 2004, showcasing his strong project management skills.

Throughout his career, Harikumar has held key positions including CEO at Travancore Analytics, Domain Head for Automotive at Tata Elxsi, and Head of System Solutions at Ushus Technologies. His technical acumen spans across system engineering, software development for defense and aerospace systems, real-time automated test environments, automotive networks, and software engineering best practices.

Prior to his leadership roles, Harikumar gained valuable experience as a Scientist/Engineer at the Indian Space Research Organisation, a Scientist at DRDO - LRDE, and as a Management Trainee at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited - HAL.
