Hari Nair is a senior executive at Procter & Gamble (P&G) with extensive experience in research and development, innovation, and strategy.2 He currently serves as the Vice President R&D, Global Packaging, Fabric & Home Care | Learning Lab | Partner Lab at P&G, a role he has held since November 2022.2 In this position, Hari leads the Fabric & Home Care sector's global upstream innovation, including building new capabilities and advancing sustainability efforts.2
Hari's career at P&G spans over two decades, with a brief hiatus. He initially joined P&G in 1992 and worked there for 13 years until 2006, focusing on North America and Asia Fabric Care.2 During this time, he led major product innovations for brands like Tide, Lenor, and Ariel, particularly in Asian low-income markets.2
After leaving P&G, Hari gained diverse experience in innovation and strategy roles:
- He was a Partner and VP at Innosight, a firm founded by Clayton Christensen, from 2006 to 2012.12

Hari returned to P&G in February 2020 as Vice President R&D Smart Products and Digital Ecosystem for the Fabric & Home Care Learning and Partner Lab.2 He has also been an Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University in 2018-2019.2
Hari holds a BSc from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has completed executive education programs, including "Competing in the Age of AI" from Harvard Business School.2 He is known for his expertise in innovation, strategy, and corporate transformation across multiple sectors and markets.3
