Ilan Harel is a seasoned engineering director with over 15 years of experience, including 9 years managing and architecting scalable software and hardware systems. He is the founder and CEO of Consolto.com, a company that aims to democratize video-conferencing for small and medium businesses (SMBs).

Harel is passionate about building new products and promoting company strategies that promote innovation. He enjoys inventing ways to keep his team happy and is an experienced coder, working with various languages like Java, Angular, React, Spring, MongoDB, and more.

He earned his BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA/Executive Masters in Business Administration from the University of Haifa. Harel seeks to lead by innovation, speak corporate language, and sing startup lyrics.
