Haozhe Zhao

Haozhe (Henry) Zhao is a strategic planning management trainee at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., specializing in macro research insights in the data communications industry. He is a recognized entrepreneur who founded WeGiG Technology Co., Ltd. Haozhe has been honored with several prestigious awards, including being named on the "AACYF Top 30 under 30" list, selected as a 2020 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Voice of Future Innovator, and achieving the 57th position on the "2020 Fast Company MCP100 CHINA" list. He was also a speech representative at the Oxford University Young Leaders Roundtable and a member of the G20 Young Entrepreneur's Alliance (YEA) Talent Development Program. Additionally, Haozhe was a contestant on the "Super Brain" Season Eight from Jiangsu Satellite Television (JSTV).

Haozhe is currently pursuing a Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Behavioral Economics and with a minor in finance from The Wharton School. He has completed a FinTech Specialization Program from The Wharton School and is serving as the Vice President of the Chinese Students and Scholars Association at Penn (CSSAP). Previously, he graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a major in Finance, including an exchange program at Alliance Manchester Business School focusing on Finance and Investment.

Throughout his academic journey, Haozhe has excelled, having been a 12th Executive Business Administration student at Hejun Business School on a full scholarship. He also co-founded China's first youth entrepreneurship incubator, Reiz Incubator. During his postgraduate studies, he worked as a venture capital investment analyst at Country Garden Venture Capital (CGVC) and completed internships at notable institutions such as Goldman Sachs Group, CITIC Securities, NIO, and Amino Capital.

Haozhe's diverse professional experience includes roles such as Investment Analyst at Country Garden Venture Capital, Venture Analyst at Plug and Play中国, Chief Executive Officer at WeGiG, Quantitative Trading Summer Analyst at 高盛, Equity Research Analyst at Asset Pro, Venture Capital Investment Analyst at Amino Capital, Human Resources Business Partner at NIO蔚来, and Equity Research Analyst at CITIC Securities Company Limited, among others. With a solid background in finance, entrepreneurship, and investment, Haozhe has demonstrated a strong commitment to personal and professional growth.

Haozhe's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Investment, Economics, and Entrepreneurship and Innovation from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He has also completed certifications in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies and Data Science and Machine Learning from Harvard University and various programs at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
