Hants A. Williams is a multi-talented healthcare professional with extensive expertise in clinical research, data engineering, and mentoring. Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in nursing from Duke University, where he also worked as a research assistant and nurse scientist. He has a background in experimental psychology and a double major in behavioral science and psychology from San Jose State University. His passion lies in chronic disease management and behavioral health. Dr. Williams has authored numerous peer-reviewed research publications related to behavioral change strategies in chronically ill populations. His pioneering work includes one of the first online mindfulness-based stress reduction programs for people living with Sickle Cell Disease in North Carolina.
