Hans Raem is a seasoned consultant with a diverse background in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Office, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Reengenharia, KVP, Poka-Yoke, Know-How Transfer, Organization Talent, Flexibility, Engagement Project Management, Process Management, Quality Optimization (entire lifecycle), Cost optimization, company and business field strategy, restructuring, interim management, creating training and communication concepts, conducting training sessions, workshop moderation, and more.

After completing his Maschinenbau degree at DAG Technikum in Germany, Hans embarked on a career as a Konstrukteur, working for Mannesman Demag do Brasil Ltda, Johannes Moeller do Brasil, and Mannesmann Demag AG Duisburg Germany before moving to Brazil. Since then, he worked for various companies in different roles such as Sivef, Scholpp Montagens Industriais, Aethra Ind. de Autopecas, Gestamp Automocion, IVECO, and TUBONAL SA.

As a consultant with Consultoria em Lean Manufacturing/Produtividade, he managed the implementation of a Production System in Brazil based on Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing). His responsibilities included coordinating the concept phases of Production System, creating a training program for production teams and production managers, and conducting workshops on Production System and Audits. He also worked as a Diretor Industrial at Açopeças, Consultor em Lean Manufacturing at IFAO do Brasil, and Consultor at Techno System Service.

Hans studied MBA, Business at IBMEC - MBA - Business and has good relationships with Brazilian automotive industries such as FIAT, Mercedes Benz, and VW. He organized workshops on Lean Manufacturing at the University of Promove Sete Lagoas, Secretaria de Saude Sete Lagoas, and University of Guimareis Rosa Sete Lagoas.
