Hans Hasselby-Andersen

Hans Hasselby-Andersen is the CEO of Lotus Microsystems, a Copenhagen-based fabless semiconductor company specializing in advanced power conversion technologies. He assumed this role on November 1, 2023, following the company's successful acquisition of DKK 60 million in funding from Noon Ventures and the European Innovation Council, aimed at enhancing its growth and technological capabilities.12

With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Hasselby-Andersen has held various significant positions, including founder and CEO of Merus Audio, a company known for its innovative audio amplification technology, which was acquired by Infineon Technologies in 2018. His background also includes roles at Texas Instruments, where he contributed to the Digital Audio business unit, and as R&D Manager at Toccata Technology.13

Hasselby-Andersen holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA, equipping him with both technical expertise and business acumen.
