Rumble had been successfully operating as an employee benefits provider in Israel & recognized an opportunity in the health/life insurance field by providing a deeper understanding of the policyholder. They reached out to me for help analyzing opportunities in this unfamiliar market & to develop a successful go to market strategy. 
•	After 1 month of deep research, conducted conversations with industry experts to discover deeper/untapped needs of our industry.
•	Through networking efforts, gained access to the organizers of the largest international insurtech trade show & obtained the opportunity to showcase our solution in London.
•	The insurance industry relies on quantitative results, so in addition to learning/compiling data on target market, I also drew relevant data from independent studies to demonstrate the value of our solution.

As a start-up looking to boost traction, I was brought on-board to develop the GTM strategy & sales infrastructure. Given a timeframe & budget, I implemented various sales intelligence tools (from prospecting to CRM) & conducted the interview process for our SDR team. By collaborating with senior board members & marketing lead, I identified our I.C.P to determine which KPIs were essential for our success. In addition to laying the framework for a successful sales cycle, I pitched our product to foreign investors.

The position of enterprise account manager is an exciting one as it requires a broad/deeper understanding of the buyers’ journeys as they are more complex than traditional B2B. Also, enterprise sales cycles tend to be longer & may rely on multiple decision makers (including influencers), emphasizing the importance of building/maintaining relationships while employing a strong sense of value selling. Included in my duties were: identifying, qualifying, & creating sales opportunities across the North American region as well as representing Panaya at multiple international conferences.
•	Consistently exceeded target quotas each quarter by 125%~ ranking within the top 10% of the team.
•	Used social media & other methods to identify prospective decision makers increasing the success of cold calling. 
•	Advanced relationships with new & existing C & D level decision makers.
•	Represented Panaya at international trade shows to promote the product & create brand equity.

Responsible for acquiring new clients, both consumer and small business in addition to maintaining an existing book of business. In expanding relationships with clients, I developed a comprehensive understanding of each clients’ needs in order to identify opportunities and worked closely with other lines of business to broaden our offerings to ensure they met their financial goals. Accomplishments include:
Organizing/conducting bi-monthly seminars addressing the difficulties in our regions current housing and small business sectors including updating the public on changing governmental regulatory measures.
Supported local branches in growing their clientele to meet regional goals.
Coached team members on how to identify prospects and utilize all available resources to meet their individual goals.
Created a systemic approach to analyzing various patterns in clients’ demographics, spending habits, and savings strategy in order to deepen our relationships. This method was then adopted by numerous branches as a “best practice”.

Accomplishments: Configured and implemented new communication procedures within the chain of command that resulted in more fluid transmissions and improvement of morale within the company as well as a more effective inventory management protocol.
