Hans Blaauw

Hans Blaauw is a highly experienced and versatile ICT professional with a 30-year track record spanning various industries and domains, in both employed and entrepreneurial roles. As an Agile Business Analyst, he is passionate about innovation and quality, always aiming to deliver the best solution for the business. Additionally, he has a strong background in software and hardware solution development and can contribute actively to project prototyping.

Blaauw has worked extensively outside of the Netherlands, often remotely, and in Agile team environments. His work experience includes e-commerce site and app development, price comparison engines, educational workshops, NFC payment apps, troop deployment workflows for NATO, warehouse automation systems, and SharePoint migrations, among others. Over the years, he has assumed several ICT roles such as Developer, CTO, CEO, Project Manager, and ICT Trainer.

Currently, Blaauw focuses on Agile Business Analysis or Business Automation Specialization roles, aiming for a dynamic position between ICT and Business. He uses prototype and automation tools to keep processes and workflows simple and result-driven, and he prefers to avoid static in-depth documents altogether.
