Hannu holds an eMBA in Business & Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and an M.Sc. in (Eng) from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

He has held key positions in several organizations, including serving as the Chairman of the Delegation at KAUTE Foundation - The Finnish Science Foundation for Economics and Technology.

His previous roles include being a Member of the Board of Directors at Enics, President and CEO at Detection Technology, Chairman of the Board at Powernet Oy, and President & CEO at VTI Technologies, among others.
