Hannie van Veldhoven

Hannie van Veldhoven is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of music and arts education.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Music with specializations in Classical and Jazz Piano from Tilburgs Conservatorium, where she also pursued studies in Music Education.

Additionally, Hannie van Veldhoven obtained a Master's degree in Education in Arts from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten.

Throughout her career, Hannie has been associated with prestigious organizations and institutions, showcasing her expertise and leadership skills in various roles.

Her professional journey includes serving as the Course Leader for Jazz & Pop at HKU Utrechts Conservatorium, being a reviewer at MusiQuE, and acting as an External Examiner at Leeds College of Music.

Hannie van Veldhoven has also contributed significantly as a Member of the Management Team at Utrechts Conservatorium, as well as fulfilling roles such as Coach for 4th-year students and Member of the Board at different music and arts associations.

She has a rich history of engagements within the music industry, having served as a Pianist for the film 'Het meisje en de dood', Chair of the jury for the VPRO/ Boy Edgar Award, and holding positions in various Course Committees and Working Groups focusing on music education and conservatoires.
