Hannes Stärk is a dedicated MIT Research Intern with a strong academic background, holding an M.Sc. in Informatics from TU Munich. Currently, Hannes is actively engaged in research on geometric deep learning for protein binding in the esteemed labs of Prof. Regina Barzilay and Prof. Tommi Jaakkola at MIT. His primary research interests revolve around geometric deep learning, graphs, and self-supervised learning. With a keen passion for academia and research, Hannes is always open to discussing various topics and welcomes communication.
In terms of education, Hannes pursued his Master of Science in Informatics, achieving an exceptional grade of 1.2 from the Technical University of Munich. Prior to this, he completed his Bachelor of Science in Informatics with a remarkable grade of 1.68 at Bundeswehr University Munich.
