Hannerietta Choga is a seasoned human resource professional with 17 years of experience, dedicated to providing strategic and innovative solutions in the HR realm. She is currently overseeing talent management in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Malawi, striving to help individuals align with their purpose and contribute to building a better world.

Hannerietta holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Her educational background also includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in the same field from the same institution, as well as studies at Midlands Christian College.

Throughout her career, Hannerietta Choga has held prominent roles in various organizations. She serves as the Africa Tax & Central Cluster Talent Leader at EY, where she focuses on driving talent strategies. Previously, she has been the General Manager of Corporate Services at Fortwell Wholesale, as well as holding Human Resources managerial positions at Fortwell Wholesale, African Sun Hotel Group, and SPAR Eastern Region Distribution Centre.
