Hannah Slowik is a versatile engineering program manager with a solid track record of delivering results in a complex and fast-paced environment. With a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, elite junior managers' training from Bosch, and hands-on experience working in diverse functions and cultural contexts, Slowik has honed her leadership, technical, and communication skills to lead large ambiguity-ridden programs and motivate teams to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and remain committed to safety and cost control.
Before joining GE Renewable Energy as a Services Lead Engineering Program Manager, Slowik worked in various roles at Bosch, including project manager, lean management, logistics engineer, applications engineer, and manufacturing engineer, where she learned the ins and outs of each function's demands, challenges and opportunities for improvement. At Georgia Tech, she gained a lot of critical thinking, design, testing, and research skills, serving as Graduate and Undergraduate Research Assistant and exploring different engineering domains.
As a proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and multilingual engineer, Slowik brings a lot of value to any organization that seeks to elevate project management, associate development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence to the next level. With her native fluency in German and English, conversational Spanish, and elementary Thai, she has built strong relationships with global stakeholders, vendors, and partners and facilitated cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
