Hannah S. is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in law, advocacy, and education. She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Iowa College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology and Anthropology with a focus on Middle East & Islamic Civilizations Studies from Colgate University, and completed her secondary education at West High School.
Hannah has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations. She has served as Associate Counsel at the Committee of Interns and Residents/SEIU Healthcare, as an Associate at Olivier & Schreiber LLP, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at both the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. District Court. Her experience also includes a position as a Summer Associate at Gray Plant Mooty and Editor In Chief of the Iowa Law Review (Vol. 103) at the University of Iowa College of Law.
In addition to her legal background, Hannah has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and community development. She has served as Manager of Partnerships and Development and Interim Director of School Supports, as well as a Program Manager at the New York City Charter School Center. Prior to that, she worked as a Community Organizer at United Sikhs, showcasing her diverse skill set and dedication to social causes.
