The Global Impact Investing Network is the global champion of impact investing, dedicated to increasing its scale and effectiveness around the world. As director of communications, my team and I focus on the GIIN's thought leadership, content creation, and overall public narrative in service of changing how the world invests capital.

+ Developed and implemented a global, integrated brand, marketing, and communications strategy across B Lab's non-profit network
+ Built and managed 7-person multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural team from the ground-up, with reports in US, UK, Netherlands, and Brazil
+ Led strategic direction and oversaw execution of full range of communications: brand positioning and narrative cohesion via global brand books for B Lab and B Corps, website redesign for B Lab Global, thought leadership, short- and long-form content creation including highly-rated podcast series, media relations, speaking engagements, global marketing campaigns, and social media
+ Oversaw issues and crisis readiness and management for the global network 
+ Oversaw audience segmentation strategy, resulting in targeted messaging for business leaders, policy-makers, funders, and sustainability experts, and documented in our global brand book which was distributed and accessed across the B Lab network and B Corp community
+ Managed the department budget, freelancers, agencies, and collaborators across the globe
+ Member of B Lab Global's 10-person Executive Team

+ Served as mouthpiece for various leaders, including managing their thought leadership presence; and also served as writer and editor for the department’s intranet, monthly newsletter, and email communications.
+ Converted from contractor to full-time employee in first 3 months; promoted from Specialist to Manager within 1 year
