I am currently working for Bubba Cloud and covering all operations of the business whilst the owner & founder is all maternity leave. My daily tasks include organisation & dispatch of all orders as well as pre & post purchase customer service + stock control.

This role was a fast paced customer service & warehouse management role. I was the sole customer service team member for the business at the time and would cover phone, email and live chat daily. I was also in charge of managing the dispatch team within the warehouse and ensuring all orders were dispatched in a timely manner.

After working as a travel agent for Flight centre for two years, I made the leap to join this amazing team, as the premise of the business appealed to my creative side and I wanted to be part of something upcoming and exciting.
