Hannah Ames Beavers is a seasoned professional with a deep background in finance, operations, and strategy. She has lived and worked in six countries, speaks four languages, and studied management, finance, and languages at Boston College and Hong Kong University. Her passion is connecting people to resources, and she has put that passion to work as the Executive Director at Freedom Communities, where she is responsible for connecting people to opportunities in new and innovative ways. Prior to that, Hannah honed her skills as the Chief Operations Officer and Director of Strategy and Business Development at Mama Hope, a nonprofit organization focused on community development in East Africa. She also founded Glorious, an organization dedicated to educating children and empowering communities. In addition to her experience in the nonprofit sector, Hannah spent time at GE Energy, where she managed finances and energy programs. She is a visionary and a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where creativity, collaboration, and complex problem-solving are essential.
