Hanna Kreitem is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse set of skills and experiences. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Telecommunication Policy from Northumbria University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from Birzeit University. Hanna's background includes extensive experience in IT service management, enterprise IT policy and strategy, enterprise architecture, innovation management, and entrepreneurship in emerging economies.
