Hank Neuberger is a Grammy-winning producer and the founder of Springboard Productions, which he established in 2007.1 As the President of Springboard Productions, Inc., Neuberger has led the company to become an industry leader in producing and transmitting live stream webcasts for major music events and festivals across North America.1
Neuberger's career has been dedicated to the music industry, evolving from roles as a recording engineer and record producer to producing video and live webcasts at prominent music festivals.1 His accomplishments include:
- Winning a Grammy Award and supervising broadcast audio for the annual Grammy Awards telecast from 1988 to 20181
- Producing live multi-channel Music Festival Webcasts since 2005, including events like Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo1

Neuberger has worked with numerous renowned artists throughout his career, including Cheap Trick, Pete Townsend, Sting, Jay-Z, and Brian Wilson.1 He is also known for producing "Go Cubs Go," the Chicago Cubs theme song.1
Most recently, on January 4, 2025, Springboard Productions, under Neuberger's leadership, produced the livestream broadcast for J. Cole's celebration of "2014 Forest Hills Drive" at a sold-out Madison Square Garden.2
