Hank Johnson is a seasoned professional with over 37 years of experience in HR and business operations, specializing in HR services procurement and implementation of HR transformation strategies.

In his current position, Hank assists clients in evaluating and executing HR transformation strategies using the Dayforce HCM suite's capabilities.

Hank's impressive career includes leadership roles at renowned organizations such as NGA Human Resources, Towers Watson, Accenture, Hackett, Darden Restaurants, NationsBank Trust (Bank of America), Tiffany & Co., and KeyCorp.

He has also been a prominent speaker at various industry events and conferences like IHRIM, SHRM, APA, HROA, HRO World, The Conference Board, and the National Diversity Council.

With an MBA in Human Resources from the University at Albany, SUNY, and a BA in Psychology from Westfield State College, Hank combines academic knowledge with extensive practical experience.

Currently, Hank serves as the Professional Services Leader at Ceridian, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive HR transformation and operational excellence.
