Hank Hafley

Hank Hafley is a seasoned Business Executive and Sales Leader with 28 years of experience in the technical workforce management industry. He has a proven track record of driving sales revenue and profitability, building and leading high-performing teams, and program management. Hafley is skilled in business development, talent acquisition, process improvement, and partnership building. He has worked with stakeholders, customers, and team members at all levels of the organization. Hafley studied Business & Marketing at Ball State University, Business Management and Human Resources at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and Leadership at IMD Business School. He also attended Bishop Chatard High School. Currently, Hafley is the Director of Client Services at DiverseVMS. Previously, he served as Regional Vice President, Vice President of Managed Programs at Belcan, Vice President, Enterprise Programs, and Area Vice President at Modis. Before that, he also held executive positions at Adecco Group Companies, among other various companies.
