Hanan Ather is an accomplished professional with a background in Electrical Engineering and Business Management.

Currently, Hanan leads and mentors a team of Electrical Engineers, Assistant Managers, Sales Officers, electricians, vendors, and installation teams, focusing on achieving monthly sales targets and ensuring smooth operations of installations.

Hanan is responsible for devising innovative Sales and Marketing strategies, engaging in client acquisition, conducting meetings, managing follow-ups with clients, creating feasibilities for Solar PV projects, and presenting proposals to clients.

With a keen eye on project timelines, Hanan efficiently manages purchases, assigns tasks, and sets timelines for project completion, ensuring effective project delivery.

Hanan excels in procurement of project materials, vendor management, supervision of operational tasks, and leading teams of engineers and technicians during installations, showcasing strong leadership and technical skills.

In addition, Hanan takes charge of overseeing marketing, operations, and administrative functions within the company, showcasing a versatile skill set and a hands-on approach to management.

Education-wise, Hanan holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Sciences from Lahore University of Management Sciences, along with completing Intermediate studies at Government College University (GCU), Lahore, and Matriculation at Crescent Model Higher Secondary School.

Hanan Ather has held key positions at Siddiq Renewable Energy, where she currently serves as the Business Development Manager. Previously, she has worked as an Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing and as a Sales and Marketing Officer at Siddiq Shafi Group. Additionally, Hanan has gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Amal Academy.
