    HanaKyle Moranz is a seasoned movement maven with over a decade of experience in hands-on bodywork and group and individual movement and fitness instruction.

    Since 2006, HanaKyle has specialized in working with individuals suffering from chronic pain, employing a combination of massage therapy, yoga, and strength training.

    As a New Yorker, HanaKyle understands the significance of stress management and offers inclusive and accessible tools and techniques tailored for everyone.

    HanaKyle provides a 5 Minute Movement Mini Course for those working from home, aiming to incorporate more movement into their daily routines.

    Certified as an NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, 200hr Samarya Yoga Teacher, Certified Integrated Movement Therapist, 650hr Certified Yoga Therapist, and trained in The Maya Method, a Pilates-based exercise system.

    HanaKyle holds educational qualifications including a Certified Personal Trainer in Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Integrated Movement Therapy, Kinesthetic Anatomy and Biomechanics of Motion with Irene Dowd, Yoga and Meditation Teacher Certification from Vajra Yoga and Meditation, A.O.S. in Massage Therapy from Swedish Institute, and a BA in Arts Management with a focus on Dance from Emerson College.

    Founding The Body Hotline and having worked in various roles such as Personal Trainer, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Yoga Teacher at multiple esteemed organizations including Fordham University, Brooklyn Yoga Collective, Third Root Community Health Center, Shambhala Yoga and Dance Center, among others.

    HanaKyle Moranz also brings experience as an Artist Assistant at Black Sheep Heap, Massage Therapist at Opal Massage and Allied Therapies, Programs Manager at CREATE! arts-in-education, as well as working with Friends of Firefighters.
