Hamish MacFarlane is a dedicated trainer and instructional designer based in Nashville, TN, offering his expertise both online and in-person to professionals worldwide.

With a rich educational background, Hamish holds a Master of Science in Hospitality Management with Distinction from Edinburgh Napier University, a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Politics & Modern History from The University of Edinburgh, and various certificates including Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute and English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA) from the University of Cambridge.

Currently, Hamish serves as the Executive Leadership Facilitator and Microsoft Applications Instructor at New Horizons Computer Learning Center in Nashville, TN. Prior to this role, he worked as an English coach at Teacher Hamish and as a trainer for Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), English as a Second Language (ESL), and Taxi Pro at the Tennessee Language Center.

Hamish's professional journey also includes managerial and advisory positions such as Bill Team Manager and Gender & Mainstreaming Equality Policy Adviser at The Scottish Government, as well as a Policy Adviser at the UK Government.
