Hamilton Lima

Hamilton Lima is a versatile technical leader and mentor, with an extensive background in software development and integration. He holds a bachelor's degree in theology from EPOE and has studied analysis, design, and management of systems at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Additionally, he is pursuing an MSC in Games and Simulations from Universidade Federal Fluminense.

Hamilton has worked in various organizations, including BEACON - MindBeacon Health, Index Exchange, ZoneTV, Ericsson, and Telcordia Technologies. He has also been a high school teacher at NAVE and a full professor at Centro Universitário Carioca - UniCarioca. In addition to founding and leading technology-based startups like Vaca Vitória Software, Thz Informatica, and DAC Departamento de Aviação Civil, Hamilton has worked as a software engineer at IBM, Sakonnet Technology, EDS, and BEST.

Hamilton's main strengths lie in technical leadership, mentoring, and software development, with expertise in Typescript, JavaScript, Java, and C#. He is also adept at web and mobile integration and has numerous experiences in building solutions to meet customer needs.
