Hamed Alraeesi

Hamed Alraeesi is an Information Technology Professional passionate about Information Security.

He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Cyber Security, along with certifications like CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, and ISO22301 Implementer.

Currently, he leads the Managed Services Customer-NOC for Etisalat, the largest Telecommunication Operator in the Middle East.

His expertise spans Enterprise Customer Support, Operations, Information Security, Security Assessments, and ISO Audits.

Hamed has a diverse educational background including a Bachelor's degree in Information Security from United Arab Emirates University, an MSc in IT focusing on Cyber Security from Zayed University with a GPA of 3.71, and MBA courses in Business from Ajman University.

Previously, he held key roles such as Manager of OT Security Compliance & Assurance at Dubai Electricity & Water Authority (DEWA), Manager/MSS Service Desk, Ag. Sr. Manager/MSS Ops-Managed Security, and Engineer/MSS Ops-Managed Security at Etisalat, as well as the role of Application Security Specialist at Dubai Holding.
