Haley Van Dyck

Haley Van Dyck is a tech executive with over twelve years of experience in founding companies and leading teams to bring institutional and structural change through technology. She is a systems thinker, a pragmatic optimist, and a lover of complex problems. Haley has served in diverse environments, ranging from large institutions to start-ups and political campaigns. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with Bachelor's degrees in Communications Tech & International Relations.

At the White House, Haley co-founded the United States Digital Service and served as Deputy Administrator. Prior to this, she was a Senior Technology Advisor and Deputy Director of Mobile Platforms on the Obama for America campaign. Haley also served as the Director of Digital Strategy & Engagement at USAID and the Director of User Experience & Online Engagement at the Federal Communications Commission.

In addition, Haley is a former Fellow at Harvard University, Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer & Founder of Alloy. Her expertise in technology, innovation, government reform makes her a valuable thought leader in the industry.
