She then transitioned to the world of recruiting, holding senior positions at Robert Half Technology, Resource Solutions, and The Judge Group. Caldwell's eye for talent and her extensive expertise in recruiting have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and mentor to many in the industry. Caldwell also has experience in marketing and public relations, having served as Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Okefenokee Swamp Park. Caldwell holds a Bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University, where she studied marketing and management. She is also a graduate of Brookwood High School in Georgia.
