Hal Oral is a seasoned finance professional with a strong background in financial and accounting processes, currently serving as the Director of Finance and FP&A at Datalot Inc and its subsidiaries.

With a Master's Degree in Statistics from Hunter College and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Binghamton, Hal brings a unique blend of analytical and financial expertise to his roles.

His responsibilities at Datalot include overseeing financial closing, financial reporting, subsidiary accounting, revenue recognition, and AR/AP processes. He is also instrumental in developing best practices to enhance financial efficiencies.

Prior to joining Datalot, Hal gained valuable experience as a Senior Internal Auditor at GNY Mutual Insurance Companies, where he established internal controls to prevent errors and detect potential fraudulent transactions. He also revamped processes to improve operational efficiencies.
