Advocate for patient wellbeing and support, with a focus on organ transplant recipients and the immunocompromised. Frequent broadcast (including live interviews) and written media appearances, featured via BBC, Sky News, ITV, CBC (Canada) and Evening Standard. Participated as a speaker at APPG for Vulnerable in Pandemics meeting in July 2021.

From February 2022, acted as sole lead of Technical Account Management within the Cloud Customer Experience UK/I team, leading a group of managers guiding our TAMs to deliver customer success and adoption across all verticals. Additionally, worked to define and implement 2022 EMEA strategy and operational improvements, scaling efforts across all regional and industry focused teams.

Additionally leading teams on presales and delivery of Digital Transformation and Consulting engagements and owning customer relationships for multinational customers in the Telco, Media and Entertainment vertical.

Focused on building a rapidly growing diverse team, with expansion from 5 team members in October 2018 to 25 team members by early 2021.

Senior Technical Account Manager

Founding trustee for award winning Life Life Then Give Life charity, focused on organ donation awareness. The charity represented a formalisation of incredible efforts by founders Emily Thackray and Emma Harris. 

Acted as Treasurer, responsible for initial set up and ongoing management of all financial matters. Additional worked with other trustrees to develop and implement fundraising, awareness and other initiatives.  

The charity won the Charity Times Best New Charity Award in 2009.
