Hailey Vidler

Hailey Vidler is a dedicated professional with a passion for Nova Scotia and building sustainable and equitable communities through fostering relationships. With a background in Development Studies and Cultural Anthropology, she holds a Bachelor's Degree from St. Francis Xavier University. Additionally, she pursued an MSc in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability, specializing in Sustainability Studies at Blekinge Institute of Technology.

In her career, Hailey has held significant roles such as Engagement and Evaluation Lead at Engage Nova Scotia, where she focuses on program design, evaluation, facilitation, community development, and wellbeing. She has also gained valuable experience as a Collective Social Responsibility Intern at McInnes Cooper and as the Vice President Internal at St. Francis Xavier Students' Union.
