Hailey Hinson, a tech-savvy professional with a degree in Cognitive Science and Religious Studies from Rice University and Computer Science from Minerva Schools at KGI, has made a name for herself with her programming, writing and organizational expertise. With experience as a software engineer, product manager, and business process implementation expert, Hailey has developed a unique set of skills that have helped her establish herself as a business trifecta in the industry. Her passion for productivity, planning, and organization began at an early age and has since led her to work with some of the biggest names in tech, including Google, where she served as a Partner Technology Manager. Hailey has also served as Head of Product at Calisthenics Academy and Paid to Exist and Solutions Architect at Onit. She is currently the Founder of Generation Effect, an organization that helps individuals and teams work more effectively and apply high-level performance training to their fit teams. Her interest in educational technology has led her to believe that online education is the way of the future, and she hopes to be a part of this open revolution in education.
