Hagar Arad is a highly motivated and team-oriented marketing professional with a background in HR and vast experience working in global Hi-Tech companies. She has managed multiple projects across teams and functions with a creative and dynamic thinking approach while keeping a strong focus on driving ROI.

Graduating from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem with a Bachelor's degree in General History of Art and East Asia Studies, she has held various roles in different organizations. She has worked as a Project Manager at WINT - Water Intelligence, Marketing Manager at WeWork, Employee Care Lead and Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, Marketing Coordinator, Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, Administrative Manager at Perion Network, and finally as an Executive Assistant at McKinsey & Company.
