H Jena is a seasoned Battery Consultant with a wealth of experience in Lithium ion and Lead Acid Carbon Batteries. He has worked with several organizations in various capacities, including Lithium Batt, Graphene Nano Innovations Pvt Ltd - The Graphene Corporation (TGC) UK, Panna Battery Limited, Sumo Battery Limited, and Indika Industries Pvt. Limited, among others. Jena holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Kalinga University, Raipur, India.

As a consultant, Jena provides expert advice on the fast charge and long cycle life of Lithium-ion batteries and consultancy for the design of cell or pack manufacturing unit setups suitable for EV/Solar application small capacity to large capacity MWh, including container batteries. He also provides guidance on Lead Acid Carbon Batteries for fast charging and long cycle life.

Throughout his career, Jena has gained expertise in Lithium-ion batteries, Lead Acid Carbon batteries, VRLA Advanced Tubular Gel Battery, and Graphene Composite Lithium Battery. He has also held executive positions like Chief Technical Officer, Plant Head, and GM Operations, making him an expert in managing battery technology projects and Battery manufacturing plant setups.
