Gwen Riedl is an experienced leadership coach and organization development consultant with a passion for helping leaders and teams achieve success.
With over 25 years of experience consulting in complex organizations, Gwen takes a holistic approach to identify needs and create custom solutions for her clients.
She is skilled at navigating internal and external forces that may impede results, particularly in challenging environments where emotions are high.
Gwen provides services including 1:1 coaching, leadership development, and team consulting, focusing on accelerating change, improving organizational performance, and enhancing teamwork.
Her coaching approach, based on neuroscience research and Results Coaching methodology, aims to instill beliefs and behaviors that align with clients' goals.
Gwen's leadership development programs equip leaders with essential communication skills to succeed in fast-paced organizations, covering topics like change management, effective feedback, communication, meetings, and team leadership.

Gwen holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Concordia College.
She currently serves as the Principal Leadership Development Coach and Organization Development Consultant at GROW Coaching and Consulting LLC, and has previously worked as Adjunct Faculty at St. Mary's University of Minnesota and Manager of Organization Development & Learning at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota.
