Guy Rosenthal

Guy Rosenthal is the Vice President and Head of Corporate and Business Development at Laekna Therapeutics, overseeing investments in new assets, strategic partnerships, licensing, due diligence, and commercial strategy.

With a background in leading corporate development and investment initiatives at UCLA Technology Development Group and managing early-stage partnerships at Teva Global R&D, Guy has a wealth of experience in the life science industry.

Guy Rosenthal's expertise extends to creating global partnerships, particularly in the field of neuroscience, evidenced by his role in establishing the National Network of Excellence in Neuroscience (NNE) at Teva.

Prior to his corporate roles, Guy led medical research in Oncology and Neuro-Oncology at VBL Therapeutics, contributing to the development of innovative drug delivery systems for immune-inflammatory diseases and cancer treatments.

Education-wise, Guy holds an MBA with a Certificate in Finance and a concentration in Global Management from UCLA Anderson School of Management. He also pursued international business exchanges at ESSEC Business School and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Furthermore, Guy has a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, as well as an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in the same field, all from Bar-Ilan University.

Throughout his career, Guy Rosenthal has not only excelled in the business arena but also contributed to various organizations like FUSION, The French Horn Fund, PrecisionMedicine4Me, and the Bar Ilan Institute for Nanotechnology and Advanced materials (BINA). He also held positions in Teva Pharmaceuticals, VBL Therapeutics, and served in the Israel Defense Forces.
