Guy founded Keyotta, a specialized executive search firm focused on recruiting top talent for senior management roles across Israel and worldwide.

Prior to Keyotta, he held the position of CEO at the renowned IVC Research Center, a pivotal hub of business insights within Israel's high-tech and venture capital sectors.

He also contributed significantly as the Head of Business Development at Giza Venture Capital, a prominent venture capital firm in Israel.

In the realm of investment banking and mergers and acquisitions, Guy amassed eight years of experience, notably serving as the VP of Investment Banking at THCG Israel.

His educational background includes an MBA in business management from Ben-Gurion University and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
