Developed and built single family subdivisions throughout metro Atlanta.   Arranged financing to purchase land, rezone, permit and develop the site. After developments was complete, the building company built the single family homes.

Guy Cherwonuk graduated officer candidate School (OCS) and served as an Infantry Rifle Platoon Leader.  Cherwonuk’s last position with the Army was serving as a Captain in the US Special Forces.  The US Army gave Guy extensive experience in leading men, managing projects and solving problems under pressure.

Graduated from the Chase Manhattan Banks two year Corporate Finance Credit Training Program.  Worked as an analyst in the corporate finance prior to joining the real estate workout department in the New York office.
